TL;DR: Create and save a controller profile on Dolpin, then go to Documents > Dolphin Emulator > Config and there's going to be a folder named "Profiles" in it with another folder inside called "Wii Mote" or something like that. I know many of you who have Dolphin already have your controllers set up the way you want them, but I know a few who do not or have trouble. Here are my controller profiles for both GC and Wiimote, including Classic Controller, Mouse IR (temperamental), Sideways Wiimote and Nunchuck add-ons..
